Last week was a busy week! James is away most nights for work which leaves me with the kids ALL DAY LONG!! On Wednesday I took the kids to see Santa. Jarred did very well sitting on Santa!
On Friday Jenalyn had her first Winter Formal dance! I was so excited yet very stressed cause three kids under the age five plus two preteen girls needing you to get them ready for a dance was not good! Kids where crying, getting into things that were not suppose to be getting into and we only had one skinny curling iron! With my house in complete kaos,my girlfriend Blen came over and watched the kids while I finish the two girls. In the end my daughter and her friend looked stunning!

On Saturday, I went to Charlize baptism. Jaylene was suppose to go with me but she ended up staying home cause she did not feel good. James company party was later om that day so his mom came down to watch the kids for us. By the time we had to leave for the company party, Jaylene had a fever, stomach pain and and felt nauseous, I felt sooo bad leaving her. We ended going home as soon as the dance contest was over. Then on Sunday we had a Christmas party at our house for James's family because they will not be here for Christmas. Jason, James younger brother came down with his family from Hawaii. Too bad Jaylene was still sick, she did not get to play too much with all her cousins. But she had a blast opening gifts!

American Girl

This past weekend I took my mother -in-law and sister -in-law to the Grove. It's sooo beautiful there minus the traffic and looking for parking. Going to American girl was are main purpose of being there. I still can't get over the price of those dolls! I really tried to convince my daughter that she did not need a doll but since her older cousin was getting one she wanted one too! Plus grandma insisted to buy her one.

Thanksgiving
This year is the first year I did not see my family or my oldest daughter Jenalyn for Thanksgiving. We went up to San Diego to spend it with James's family. Even though I was sad,
I still made the best of it. We went bowling which was a lot of fun! James sung his heart out at his mom's house rockin the magic mic. I really wish I got some pictures of that. His mom did an excellent job with the wonderful feast.

First Day
Today is the first day of my blogging experience, I've never done this before so it's a little intimidating. I wanted to start this for several reasons. First, I wanted to do more journaling about my life. I'm getting older and my memory is not what it used to be. Second I need to improve my writing because throughout my whole life of going to school my biggest challenge was writing papers. Last of all, I wanted to be more Internet savvy. Browsing through some of these blogger's, I was impressed by what some people have on their blog. I hope one day I get as good as them.
